Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on purchases of $250 or more in Australia

Monster Collector ships using Australia Post. All items will be shipped using Parcel Post with tracking number. 

Handling Times - All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) and postage can take 6-10 business days to arrive due to us being located in North QLD, so please allow a little extra time for deliveries to places such as TAS and WA.

We know how important it is for your purchases to turn up safely and unharmed so we will take the best care when packaging your purchase so it arrives safely. 

Local Pick-up :- Do you live in Townsville? Local pickup will be available to local buyers. Please choose Local Pickup when checking out and send us an email to monster_collector@outlook.com.au We will organise a time for collection generally within 24 Hours.
